- Service and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC/R systems.
- Respond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot issues with HVAC/R systems.
- Utilize diagnostic tools, meters, and gauges to analyze system performance and identify root causes of problems.
- Develop effective solutions to resolve technical issues and communicate findings and recommended solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Perform approved repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems.
- Completes necessary paperwork with company issued laptop/tablet.
- Participates in an on-call rotation.
- Safely drives company vehicle, follows requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all safety requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Service Technician, with a focus on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC/R systems.
- Universal EPA certification.
- Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
- Solid understanding of electrical circuits and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools, meters, gauges, and other equipment to assess system performance and diagnose issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Weekly paychecks - $25 - $40/hr. based on experience and skill set.
