  • Lead the development and deployment of the Operational Excellence strategy within the automotive manufacturing environment.
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives (cost, quality, delivery, safety).
  • Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other CI methodologies across operations.
  • Facilitate workshops, root cause analysis, and problem-solving sessions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coach, mentor, and train employees at all levels on lean principles and continuous improvement practices.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to track progress, sustainability, and impact of improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain to optimize processes and implement best practices.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, and innovation throughout the organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or lean manufacturing within the automotive or high-volume manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
  • Ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

This position will report up into the Director of Operations and the ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience within Lean/OpEx/CI in a Manufacturing setting.
