This individual will be performing routine tests as required on raw materials, in process components and final product.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform daily compressive strength testing of hardened concrete specimensPerform daily pre/post pour inspections on productsMonitor production operations as requiredAssist when necessary with strip, setup, and pouring of productsReport to management team on process improvements, repetitive mistakes, and quality concernsOther responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as neededJob RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentMust have quality control experience in related industryACI / PCI Certification preferred, or required to pass ACI Concrete Field Testing within 3 months and maintain certificationBasic computer skillsAbility to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team membersAbility to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the dayCompensationThe hourly rate is $23 - $27 an hour * Vacation hours of two weeks per year
