Interview: Microsoft Teams (2 rounds)Job OverviewSeeking a proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Agile Manager to build trusted relationships with business leaders, drive HR operational plans, and deliver people solutions aligned with corporate HR imperatives. This role partners across EF, Commercial, and R&D groups to align talent, organizational design, and change management with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver HR operational plans with clear priorities aligned to strategic imperativesPartner with senior leaders and people managers to advise on Talent & Development, Industrial Relations, Change Management, and Organizational DesignLead organizational design efforts and contribute to global HR change management initiativesSupport employee coaching, development, and talent pipeline strategiesManage annual HR cycles including performance management and compensation reviewsUse data analytics to drive HR insights, efficiencies, and business outcomesServe as HR ambassador fostering a values-based culture within client groupsParticipate in cross-functional, transformational projects and communities of practiceRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field5+ years in HR management, HR business partnering, or HR consulting in global/dynamic organizationsExperience leading or contributing to organizational design, change management, and talent development projectsDeep understanding of HR processes and best practicesStrong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter with resilience and ability to manage ambiguity and multiple prioritiesPreferred QualificationsHR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, CIDP, or equivalent)Experience with agile organizations and ways of workingProven HR leadership and consulting skills
