
Data and Analytics Specialist

- Own the end-to-end management of internal and client-facing dashboards (e.g. Looker Studio, Google Sheets), ensuring they are accurate, timely, and actionable.
- Pull and clean performance data from key platforms (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, GoFundMePRO, GiveLively, Fundraise Up).
- Maintain and evolve our internal data infrastructure - including documentation, shared schema references, and data QA practices.
- Assist with campaign reporting, URL/UTM builders, and audience/engagement analysis for our paid media, email, and fundraising teams.
- Serve as the main support for data updates related to client deliverables, including recurring reports and dashboards.
- Learn and test AI tools that can improve agency workflows - particularly for data cleaning, analysis, and visualization.
- Assist in the development and documentation of standardized processes to streamline and scale our agency's data offerings.
- Bring a strong learning mindset - this role is expected to evolve as the agency's AI and data strategy matures.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel (advanced formulas, query statements, conditional logic, vlookup/index-match).
- Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, and pulling data from marketing platforms (manual exports and connectors).
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Zapier) and how they can support workflows, analysis, or automations.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of data accuracy and QA.
- Clear communicator - able to explain data trends and inconsistencies in human terms.
- Interest in data storytelling and turning insights into impact.
- Exposure to Google Tag Manager or Google Ads tracking.
- Some familiarity with SQL or data transformation scripting.
