- Leading the full program lifecycle — from subcontractor recruitment and outreach to engineering, inspection, and reporting.
- Building and mentoring a high-performing team while delivering exceptional client service.
- Designing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance program operations.
- Collaborating across departments to strengthen industry relationships and maximize program outcomes.
- Overseeing project management activities and supervising junior team members.
- Using data-driven insight to refine forecasting, financial tracking, and operational processes.
- Resolving roadblocks and proactively identifying solutions to avoid production delays.
- Deep knowledge of building science, utility programs, and residential/multifamily energy efficiency.
- Experience in low-to-moderate income (LMI) programs a plus.
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking and presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
- Business-savvy decision-making and strategic thinking.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting under pressure.
- Curiosity, cultural fluency, and a desire for continuous learning.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental/economic policy, business, or related field.
- Master’s degree and certifications (PE, CEM, etc.) are a strong advantage.
