Adecco is hiring Operator I associates to join the Cuisine Solutions team in Sterling, VA. This role prepares food using the sous vide method, following recipes and procedures to ensure consistent quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.ResponsibilitiesFollow recipes, measurements, and workstation procedures for food preparation.Verify raw materials and finished products meet quality standards.Accurately weigh, measure, and record production data.Operate food prep and packaging equipment safely.Maintain sanitation, hygiene, and allergen-control policies.Report any quality or equipment issues immediately.Perform other production duties as assigned.QualificationsAbility to follow written and verbal instructions in English (Spanish a plus).Basic math skills for weights, volumes, and temperatures.Education equal to a 6th-grade level required; HS diploma/GED preferred.Experience in culinary/food preparation a plus.Physical RequirementsStand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.Lift and carry up to 40 lbs regularly; occasionally 55+ lbs.Work in coolers (25-40°F), production areas (+45-60°F), and freezers (down to -10°F).Pay Details: $15.00 per weekBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
