Nature of WorkThis position is responsible for the preparation of three meals and snacks per day for residents of a Juvenile Correctional Facility. This position will operate all food service equipment to include cleanliness of each. This position follows all mandated menus to include any special diets. Assists in ordering and receiving of all food service items. Assists in ordering, receiving, storing and managing the accountability of all food service items. Assists with paperwork for inspections and nutrition programs, maintaining daily and weekly logs according to policy and procedures.This position will have daily contact with the residents of the juvenile facility in which this position works. This position will ensure the timely deliverance of meals to ensure the resident population is served.Scheduling will be a priority. Will also perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.1 Vacancy
