- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical and commercial support for refractory products and solutions.
- Prepare and issue pricing, quotations, and order confirmations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain and grow customer relationships through professional communication and proactive service.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards are met.
- Track orders, manage timelines, and address any customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and project details.
- Strong preference for 5+ years of experience in the refractory industry as a salesperson or installer.
- Strong preference for knowledge of refractory products, applications, and installation methods.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems preferred.
