We are seeking a Monogram Sales Manager (MSM) to join our team and help drive Monogram’s growth in key markets.The MSM will focus exclusively on Monogram resellers—both retail and builder contract partners—while also building relationships with direct builders and exploring opportunities with new customers. This role will be instrumental in executing current strategies, developing innovative sales approaches, and elevating Monogram’s presence in the marketplace.This position will cover the Phoenix, Las Vegas, Tucson, and New Mexico markets, reporting to the Director, Monogram Sales. The successful candidate must reside within this territory.Position Senior Area Sales Manager - Monogram (Phoenix, AZ)Location USA, Phoenix, AZHow You'll Create PossibilitiesResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth across all Monogram products within assigned territory and focus accounts.Deliver engaging product training for dealers, designers, and sales associates.Maintain a regular call schedule for dealer stores and key stakeholders.Build and strengthen relationships with builders, designers, cabinet companies, and architects.Partner with GE Appliances colleagues in the market to ensure alignment and collaboration.Enhance in-store Monogram displays and dealer showrooms to maximize brand visibility.Execute Monogram promotions with dealer stores, designers, and cabinet partners.Plan and execute events with builders, designers, cabinet companies, and architects to drive awareness and sales.Coordinate installation training and provide technical support as needed.Support operational needs of dealer partners to ensure smooth execution of sales programs.Conduct CEU certification courses for design professionals.Monitor and enforce compliance with Monogram in-store branding standards.Performance will be measured by:Sales growth and market share expansionIncremental floor space developmentExecution of field marketing programsOverall customer engagement and satisfactionWhat You'll Bring to Our TeamRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience.Experience in high-end luxury appliances or luxury products.Proven ability to develop, organize, and execute sales plans.Demonstrated success building strong customer and partner relationships to drive results.Willingness and ability to travel extensively within assigned territory (overnight travel required) and occasionally to Monogram Experience Centers (Louisville, Chicago) or industry events.Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for events or customer needs.Professional presence and ability to adhere to a business dress code.PreferredBachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.Exceptional communication, presentation, organizational, and negotiation skills.Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Additional InformationRelocation Assistance: Not providedPosition Type: Full-time, field-based within territoryOur CultureOur work is centered on our People and Culture as reflected in our Zero Distance philosophy and we recognize the importance of reaffirming our commitment to inclusion and diversity (I&D).
