  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates (billing, questions, etc.)
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Administrative Tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with State Farm a plus
