Job Description:Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES Residential, is looking for EXPERIENCED AC installers (All phases) for residential new construction work.Only those with new construction experience will be considered.Location Urgently Hiring: Ocala, FL

Specific QualificationsKey Responsibilities:
  • Perform HVAC installation tasks including rough and trim work in residential new construction settings.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout requirements.
  • Install ductwork, vents, piping, and other components according to design and code specifications.
  • Install HVAC units and related equipment ensuring proper functionality.
  • Collaborate effectively with construction teams to coordinate installations and resolve issues.
  • Adhere to safety standards and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Installer with a focus on rough and trim work in residential new construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to HVAC installation.
  • Clean driving record and ability to commute to various job sites as assigned.
  • Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
