- Provide sales and relationship support to the IMO Channel while learning about annuity products and distribution.
- Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with IMOs and financial advisors.
- Manage inbound calls and proactively reach out to targeted advisors to generate sales opportunities.
- Run sales illustrations and prepare supporting materials.
- Adapt quickly and develop new skills through structured training and mentorship.
- Support the broader IMO sales team with additional projects as needed.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience -- new graduates encouraged to apply
- 1 year of customer service, sales, or relationship-building experience (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
