Advanced proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
7 years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
Experience in Public cloud adoption (preferably AWS)
Experience in software development and technology lifecycles
Working in financial services firm or banking preferred
Experience in project execution and project management (PMP or project management certification)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project momentum
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables
Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions
Coordinate with central advocacy and development teams to resolve dependencies
Contribute to reporting to senior management and data validation of reports created by central teams
