- Experience in CRM software and MS Office (Excel in particular)
- Contribute to high quality customer service and support Sales team in meeting sales targets
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background investigation and drug test
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or a minimum of five (5)+ years' experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant
- Proven experience working as a Sales administrator or sales support agent, preferred
- Process orders via email or phone.
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Develop monthly sales reports.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
- Stay abreast of new John Deere products and features.
- Interact with sales team regularly.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
- Primarily desk and computer work
