We offer paid, on-the-job training through our renowned Phillips University strictly dedicated to your success; from the #1 Chevy Dealer in Illinois. This is a summer internship/full-time position that requires a 5 day work-week that consists of 4 days during the week and every Saturday from 9:00am-5:00pm from June 3, 2024 thru July 31, 2024.Phillips Auto Group prides itself on its success, growth, and opportunity. RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
  • Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Available to work Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs
  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
  • Prompt and courteous
  • Clean driving record
