
Emissions Calibration Engineer

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related degree field
- Demonstrated 5 or more years of work experience in the area of spark ignition engine controls and calibration
- Strong familiarities related to engine system development including related technologies and subsystems such as combustion, valvetrain, fuel system, boost systems, EGR systems, aftertreatment systems, controls and its algorithm including diagnostics
- Feature calibration experience with exposure to optimizing drivability, emissions, and fuel economy
- Experience in launching applications meeting US based ACC/ACCII standards and regulations as well as ROW markets including (Enlarged Europe, APAC, LATAM)
- Data acquisition experience collecting and processing data providing meaningful summaries and next steps
- Good teamwork skills and ability to work independently
- Effective communication skills and able to create and present information in a clear and concise manner to colleagues and management
- Master's degree in Engineering
- Demonstrated 1 or more years of experience in leading product applications conforming to US based ACC/ACCII standards and regulations as well as ROW markets (Enlarged Europe, Asian Pacific, South America)
- DFSS green belt or higher
- Execution of Problem-solving techniques (RedX, Six Sigma, 3L5W, Kaizen, 5S)
