!Where is the work:This is a Remote within geography role. Work will be performed near La Crosse, WI !Job Summary:As a Service Communication Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expediting the collection of information related to HVAC quality or product issues across multiple teams. You will leverage a variety of tools and methods to ensure process excellence, effectively communicating technical resolution information to our field service organization. Your efforts will enable the swift resolution of issues, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.What you will do:· Gather and document details related to quality and product field issue resolutions.· Develop and disseminate technical quality resolution publications.· Generate and maintain lists of impacted units.· Implement continuous improvements for communication documents, processes, and tools.· Maintain and update distribution lists for publications.· Manage standard work procedures, SharePoint sites, setups, and templates.· Provide status updates for mandatory retrofit compliance.· Ensure part setup and availability for resolution implementation.· Coordinate mailings related to resolutions.· Collaborate with various internal teams, including plant quality, engineering, product management, field quality, customer quality, technical support, field service, literature, SMART Services, and aftermarket support teams.What you will bring:· Associate degree preferred; relevant technical quality experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.· Highly detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and dependable.· Demonstrated project management skills.· Proven expertise in process improvement.· Effective communication skills (written & verbal).· Knowledge of Trane HVAC products is preferred.· Proficient in both independent work and team collaboration.· Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel, is preferred.Base Pay Range: $54,000-$100,000Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
