We are seeking an experienced, Florida-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. While home health experience is not required, it is highly valued. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of professional SLP experience in any setting; unfortunately, new graduates cannot be considered.Schedule & Classification
- Full-time, Exempt, Benefit-Eligible (32 hours/week)
- Monday through Friday schedule (8am-5pm)
- Salary: Up to $82,000 annually (based on experience; maximum salary is fixed)
- Productivity Requirement: 24 points/week
- Over-Productivity Bonus: $65 per point over 48
- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.46 per mile for all business miles/patient visits
- Cell Phone Allowance: $15 per pay period (bi-weekly)
- All clinicians receive a company tablet for documentation and scheduling
