- Lead client experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring Pressed Roots standards are upheld, creating a memorable experience for the client
- Set the tone of a positive shop atmosphere by approaching the day as if hosting a party
- Organize and execute shop flow between Clients and staff in a positive manner
- Serve as subject matter expert in the reservation system
- Ensure client information is entered in with accuracy and timeliness
- Rebook appointments during checkout while addressing clients by name
- Troubleshoot any reservation system issues, make changes to Client Profiles, optimize appointments to fit business needs, and check notes to ensure clients’ needs are met
- Optimize and maximize appointments with reservation system
- Engage clients and serve complimentary beverages
- Maintain the highest degree of ethics when handling client payments and stylist tips/commissions
- Problem solve when faced with client concerns or operational issues, always ensuring the solution is focused on providing an excellent experience to the client
- Maintain overall shop cleanliness by conducting walkthroughs behind the bar and keeping the front desk area clean
- Maintain clear communication with Shop Management about overall shop operations
- Educate clients on Pressed Roots products and tools and replenish after sell-through
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and thrive in a busy environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- 3 years of previous customer service experience
- Amazing organization and multitasking skills
- A strong work ethic with a “go-getter” attitude
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor's degree preferred
