We want your knowledge and expertise!Job Summary and QualificationsPerforms chemical, bacteriological, serological and microscopic procedures in one or more functions of laboratory sections. Maintains records of performance as defined in the Laboratory's general and procedure manuals. Ensures that all policies and procedures are performed as defined in policy and procedure manuals approved by the Medical Director of the Laboratory. Performs all services as they may relate to patient care / treatment with consideration for the age/condition of the patient.Required: Registry eligible, ASCP or equivalent. Successful completion of MT registry within 6 months of eligibility or hire. Registry/Licensure in a specialty area will be considered. Continuing education to maintain registry/licensure is required.Preferred: MT(ASCP) or equivalent.
