We are currently seeking compassionate, experienced, and reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide dedicated in-home care for a 15-year-old female with complex medical needs, including ventilator support, G-tube, and tracheostomy care.Location: Port Charlotte
Schedule: 24/7 care – shifts split into 12-hour day and night shifts
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay Rate:

LPN: $28-30/hour
RN: $30-33/hour

Key Responsibilities:Provide skilled nursing care including trach suctioning, ventilator monitoring, and G-tube feedingsMonitor vital signs and overall well-beingMaintain accurate and timely documentationWork closely with the family and care team to ensure quality carePromote a safe, clean, and supportive home environmentShift Details:Full coverage needed Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PMShifts will be split between two nurses to ensure consistent, high-quality careWe Offer:

Qualifications: * Current unencumbered LPN/RN license in the state of Florida

Minimum one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years
Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience including any specialty areas
In compliance with state and Federal regulations
CPR
Valid AHCA/ level two background screening
TB test showing a negative result
