
Scrum Master: healthcare, API/EHR integrations, fulfillment / ERP

- Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Scrum teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure well-defined backlogs, prioritization, and delivery of value-driven outcomes.
- Remove impediments and proactively resolve conflicts that impact delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in team velocity, quality, and delivery predictability.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare, pharmacy, and data privacy standards (HIPAA, USP 795/800, etc.) during project execution.
- Collaborate with engineering, pharmacy operations, quality, and logistics teams to coordinate software rollouts, automation, and fulfillment processes.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and transparency across teams.
- Provide reporting on sprint metrics, progress, and risks to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 3-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent Agile certification required.
- Experience in healthtech, telehealth, pharmacy, biotech, or regulated industries strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and servant-leadership skills.
- Familiarity with API/EHR integrations, fulfillment systems, or 3PL logistics is a plus.
