- Experienced MRO Professional: At least 10 years in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, with a significant portion of this experience rooted in a mechanical engineering role focusing on maintenance, reliability, and operations. Experience in EHS, even if not recent, is highly regarded.
- Operational Leadership: Minimum 5 years in a leadership role, demonstrating the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams towards operational excellence and safety.
- Mechanical Engineering Expertise: Deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles as they apply to the operational aspects of the oil and gas sector, with a preference for candidates familiar with both upstream/midstream and open to downstream experiences.
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field, ideally complemented by knowledge or certifications in EHS.
