3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 10 pm-6:30 amMain Duties:
  • Dedicate yourself to the production and filling processes, using established SOPs and ensuring accurate input of essential documentation.
  • Produce and package variants like aqua ammonia, bleach, white room products, and optical brightener based on the current needs.
  • Manage tank trucks and rail cars loading/unloading as outlined in the SOPs.
  • Conduct systematic inspections to guarantee that Hydrite’s quality benchmarks are met.
Team Structure:
  • Reporting to the Production Supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • Efficiently relay written and verbal details, and enter data into our systems.
  • Possess articulate communication skills, comfortable with English reading, writing, and speaking.
Physical Demands:
  • Adapt to working in a non-cooled warehouse environment where temperatures might reach up to 100° Fahrenheit.
  • Capable of relocating a 285-pound cylinder from one position to another.
  • Able to handle weights up to 50 pounds frequently.
Role Expectations:
  • Commit to maintaining exceptional standards at Hydrite, ensuring top-notch facilities, products, and customer service.
  • Participate in RCRA, regulatory, and safety/process training sessions as needed, always staying RCRA compliant.
  • Maintain consistent attendance.
  • Adhere to relevant SOPs and complete other assigned roles.
  • Participate actively in teamwork, offering support as needed to balance workload.
  • Promote seamless communication across all Hydrite departments, ensuring branch team success.
