- Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js ecosystem
- Deep understanding of AWS CDK constructs, stacks, and apps
- Experience with AWS core services (CloudFormation, IAM, ECS, ALB, Lambda, S3, RDS)
- Strong foundation in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
- Proficiency in GitHub Actions, YAML syntax, and CI/CD pipeline design
- Git proficiency and understanding of GitOps principles
- Strong communication and documentation skills (critical requirement)
- Basic SQL query capabilities for database support tasks
- Experience with system monitoring and log file analysis
- Process documentation and technical writing experience
- Ability to write Python scripts for automation support
- Angular Framework proficiency (latest versions 15+) with TypeScript
- HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and Angular Material experience
- C# .NET Core development experience
- AWS security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, X-Ray)
- Experience with server health monitoring tools
- Knowledge of CMDB systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Confluence or similar documentation platform experience
- Background in technical debt assessment and remediation
- Experience with patch management and system upgrades
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and AWS CDK
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using TypeScript and AWS services
- Manage multi-environment deployments (dev, staging, prod)
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
- Maintain security best practices and manage secrets/access controls
- Collaborate with development teams on deployment automation
- Monitor internal server health and analyze log files for issues
- Develop and track ServiceNow tickets for system maintenance and database support
- Create comprehensive deployment checklists and process documentation
- Maintain CMDB updates in ServiceNow for accurate system inventory
- Develop and maintain Confluence pages for team processes and procedures
- Support patch management, system upgrades, and technical debt reduction
- Position is full-time at the PGA campus (James Robo A Building), no hybrid/remote option
