A note to Guardians about Junior Instructors and Professional Development:In the Snowsports industry, we often find the Junior Instructor position is the first job of young adults who are entering the workforce. As the likely first employer of the candidate, we take responsibility for helping our future workforce build skills as they start their professional journey. We expect the candidate to take the first step in the process by building confidence to contact and communicate with their future employer directly. While we encourage and expect guardians to be close supporters and guides along the way, our management team respectfully asks that guardians support their dependents by ensuring the dependents are the ones who complete the application process and take lead as the primary communicator with their potential employer. We hope this process is supportive and encouraging for your dependents. If you have any questions regarding how to best provide support through the process please do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to inspiring the future workforce side by side with you. Thank you, The Hermitage Club Management Team.
