You will also be responsible for scheduling, hiring and training new employees and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. In addition, you will work closely with the bakery's owner to develop and implement business strategies and marketing plans. On a day-to-day basis, you will oversee the daily production of all baked goods, manage inventory levels, and handle any customer inquiries or complaints.
