- Organize internal and external meetings, book rooms, and catering
- Manage, organize, coordinate, and maintain executives' calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements (ability to prioritize and manage multiple hectic calendars, along with coordinating extensive international travel, is a must).
- Oversee and maintain all executive expense reports and department organizational charts
- Provide general administrative support to each of the teams that you support
- Partner with peers to plan and execute employee events
- Build strong and effective partnerships with LVMH peers and key partners such as IT, facilities, and 3rd party vendors
- Ensure the executive is prepared with the necessary materials for meetings.
- Act as liaison to the executive's direct reports and their staff
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Executive and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
- Works closely and effectively with the Executive(s) to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, preparing and following up appropriately.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Minimum 3+ years c-level experience in a fast-paced environment high school diploma, college degree preferred
- Previous finance and retail/wholesale industry experience helpful; passionate about the beauty industry is a plus
- Ability to take initiative and act independently. Able to work interactively and proactively with executives at all levels in the organization
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

- High level of accuracy, able to detect inconsistencies and errors

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams) and generally tech-savvy / comfortable with software applications and database programs
