- Estimated Starting Salary Range for Power Platform Developer: $155,000 Pay commensurate with experience.

- Must understand data engineering fundamentals, such as data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL).
- Must understand programming logic fundamentals, such as scope, variable management, conditions, and iteration.
- Well-versed in web technologies and modern architecture and is familiar with best practices.
- Must be able to design, create, and successfully implement custom SharePoint assets, including but not limited to pages, lists, document libraries, and document sets.
- Must be able to manage permission settings and integrate SharePoint with Power Platform capabilities.
- Will engineer and document solutions using data from various sources, including legacy systems.
- Deploy Power Platform custom solutions following customer release processes. Identify, analyze, and automate business processes using Microsoft 365 Tools, namely Power Platform.
- Will, to the greatest extent possible, automate data process and integrate solutions in the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Communicate technical and non-technical information clearly, answer technical questions from customers, and be able provide efficient technical solutions to problems.
- Experience working directly with clients, providing guidance to them as well as internal teams. Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience answering technical questions from customers, writing corresponding technical documentation.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to be integrated into SharePoint and Teams user
- Must be able to create and manage custom assets in Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Must be able to model and visualize data in Power BI. Must be able to leverage SharePoint for file and data management, as well for user interface.
- Experience in using standard and custom connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with creating and maintaining a PP environment strategy and managing the lifecycle of PP solutions.
