- Develop a product vision & strategy for AI-powered experiences across Salesforce with a focus on speed to market, measurable outcomes, and customer delight
- Leverage Salesforce’s AI and platform capabilities to design, prototype, and ship new user experiences that address pressing customer challenges
- Identify emerging AI trends and technologies and champion their adoption to deliver a significant impact
- Lead rapid experimentation to validate ideas and drive product-led growth, using data and insights to refine solutions
- Partner across Salesforce to unify experiences, improve product integrations, and champion new capabilities for SMBs and enterprise customers alike
- Influence without authority work across product, design, engineering, operations, sales, and customer success to align priorities and deliver integrated solutions
- Engage directly with early adopters and customers to gather feedback, test concepts, and uncover new opportunities
- Represent the team and vision to executives, internal partners, and at industry forums with clear storytelling and executive presence
- Build and mentor a high-performing team that thrives in ambiguity, values experimentation, and prioritizes impact over process
- 10+ years of experience in product management, including 4+ years in leadership roles delivering large-scale, high-impact digital products
- Deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their applications in operational settings
- Deep knowledge of modern AI/ML techniques, including generative AI, predictive AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), vector search, semantic embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Experience applying AI in enterprise SaaS or consumer products — using existing capabilities like generative AI, predictive models, or conversational interfaces to solve real problems
- Strong product execution skills: taking concepts from 0 to 1, iterating fast, and scaling what works
- Exceptional collaboration and influence skills across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to set measurable goals, interpret results, and pivot as needed
- Comfort with ambiguity and the agility to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or better in a technical discipline (MBA or technical graduate degree a plus)
