Outstanding written and oral communication skills; legible handwriting, ability to interact effectively with clinical team and other staff; organizational, problem-solving and time management skills; empathy for patients and their families; flexibility; telephone etiquette and customer service skills for phone and face-to-face contacts; skills in maintaining information as highly confidential. Advanced knowledge of mental health/mental illness.The Licensed Psychiatric Technician position wage range is $33.05 to $40.66 per hour based on experience + education.RequirementsHigh School degree or equivalent.
