START DATE: ASAP
GUARANTEE: 40hrs GTE
ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 13 weeks – like to extend providers out if all is going well.
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: HH preferred, open to confident provider that has Acute, Hospital or SNF exp. No NG.
STAFF: PT/OT/SLP’s on staff
EMR: Wellsky/Kinser
CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: Caseload expectations: 5 - 6 patients / day (no more than 2 admissions per day), 25 - 30 / week. No point system! DOR doesn't like to micromanage.
Average radius - typically around 150-200 miles/week, may vary by location
SCHEDULE: Days, M-F. May occasionally ask for weekend coverage – or allow provider to move patient to weekend if needed.
ADDITIONAL INFO: Orientation: 1 week -
- M/T - in office training
- W - will ride along with another PT
- Th/F - back in office
Very familiar with travelers. Delta TOA friendly
