We are currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer - Engineering Foundation in the United States.This role is ideal for an experienced software engineer passionate about building high-quality, scalable applications. You will contribute to both server-side and client-side development while driving technical excellence across multiple projects. This is a remote-friendly role, offering flexibility while providing significant impact across engineering initiatives.Accountabilities
  • Plan, develop, and deploy full stack software in iterative sprint cycles.
  • Debug, optimize, and maintain production systems serving thousands of concurrent users.
  • Research, prototype, and share innovative solutions with the team.
  • Take ownership of complex features from design to delivery with minimal guidance.
  • Modernize legacy codebases while contributing to the evolution of the technology stack.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure high-quality, user-focused solutions.
  • Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and offer guidance to peers.
  • Assist in estimating, prioritizing, and managing development efforts.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience developing software solutions in production environments.
  • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript, including frameworks relevant to full stack development.
  • Strong experience with relational databases and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Git, code review processes, and sprint-based SDLC.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services.
  • Knowledge of HTTP APIs and distributed systems architecture.
  • Experience leading projects from requirements to delivery, including significant refactors.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred: experience with Node.js, FastAPI, React, GraphQL, Kafka, Flask, Redis, Memcached, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, DataDog, Cloudflare Workers, microservices, edge computing, and ADA/WCAG compliance.
