Job TitleProduction Data AnalystLocationSt. Paul, MinnesotaDescriptionSUMMARY:Demonstrate solid understanding of the production environment to perform a range of activities that support the supply chain, engineering and operations teams and aid and optimize the production process. Provide accurate and timely processing of information related to orders, production, shipping, pricing, payment, invoices, or other business information. Handle the administration of supply chain, engineering and production documentation, including completion, verification, and filing of documents associated with the processes. Perform scheduling activities. Serve as a resource for general questions regarding department operations. RequirementsREQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2 to 4 years of operations, administrative, or related experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Certification and/or License - may be required during courses of employment
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Advanced Knowledge of and skill with Microsoft Office Suite and company computer systems, including spreadsheet skills and knowledge of spreadsheet functions, PowerBI, Tableau
  • Able to perform tasks and duties without constant supervision.
  • Able to take initiative in performing job.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Able to work with accuracy and detail oriented.
  • Able to follow directions and meet deadlines.
  • Able to multi-task
  • Able to reconcile production transactions and inventories.
  • Able to operate office machines including a calculator, scanner, copy machine, facsimile.
  • Able to complete basic arithmetic, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, including decimals and fractions.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
