- Schedule: Morning Shift / 6:00 am - 2:00 pm / Monday - Friday
- Duties: Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The Shift Supervisor will supervise site staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved range of empowerment.
- Experience: 1+ years of supervisor, leadership, or security experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both electronic and verbal. Organization and Problem-solving skills are REQUIRED.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- At least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
- Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner; must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
- Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting;
- Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
- Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
- Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
- Able to:
- Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
- Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
- Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
