Your responsibilities will include Develop short-term and long-term plans and programs to improve productivity and capacity and prepare the necessary budgets and justifications for these projects Build relationships with the broader manufacturing organization and with Human Resources, Legal, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Logistics Support the maintenance department in troubleshooting critical issues Ability to provide feedback and coaching to all levels of the organization Bachelor's Degree in Engineering 5+ years of experience in manufacturing Experience with Allen Bradley PLC machine controls (Logix 5000, SLC 500, Panelview HMI) Experience with Fanuc robotics, including collaborative applications Experience in Rockwell Suite Software (FactoryTalk, AssetCenter, Studio 5000) Capital project management Confidence and willingness to take calculated risks, implement new ideas, drive for results and sustain change. Effective management of priorities, expectations, and accountabilities Ability to work autonomously in all aspects of the function Willingness to be hands-on Strong interpersonal & communication skills
