Your team receives incoming client calls, makes outbound calls, and dispatches sales, install, and service calls.   • Background in scheduling, reception, and customer service
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to learn and use ServiceTitan software (prior experience with it would be a definite plus)
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Some call center experience is preferred
  • Maintain evening and weekend availability
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
  • Experience in HVAC or home services is a PLUS!
