Our Direct Service Professionals (DSPs) are the heart of our mission, providing compassionate and individualized support.The Role:As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference. This position requires a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of DDI's Transportation Orientation. New Hires that do not meet this criteria will be offered a lower rate, starting at $19.00/hour.Full-Time, Hourly $21.00 – $23.10/hourAs a Chaperone you will work alongside a Driver/Transporter assisting in the transport of developmentally disabled individuals, ensuring the safety of all persons on the vehicle.Please note that a 25 hour shift is eligible for health insurance and paid time off benefits through the agency. Also, there may be an opportunity to pick up additional hours in other DDI programs.Part time, hourly $18.00-19.80/hourAs a Transporter you will operate DDI vehicles in compliance with the Department of Motor Vehicle, NYS Traffic and Agency regulations while transporting developmental disabled individuals.Available Shifts: Mon-Fri 7am-10:30am/2pm-4:30pmPart time, hourly $21.00 - $23.10/hourWhy You'll Love This Job:
