This role involves analyzing financial data, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining a healthy portfolio.Duties/Responsibilities:Underwriting1. Review and analyze lease and loan applications to determine creditworthiness and risk levels.2. Evaluate applicants' financial status, credit history, collateral, and other relevant factors.3. Review and analyze credit reports, tax returns, bank statements, and other financial documents.4. Calculate and assess loan-to-value ratios, debt-to-income ratios, and other financial metrics.5. Utilize underwriting guidelines and policies to make informed decisions on approvals or declines.6. Communicate with other departments and management to gather necessary information and clarify details.7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.8. Identify potential fraud or misrepresentation and take appropriate action.9. Provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.10.
