Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Design, Innovation, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.5–8 years of professional experience in innovation, solution architecture, or product development, in AI/ML/GenAI.Strong familiarity with Generative AI concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, LLM Agents, MCP, A2A and related tools/frameworks/protocols.Demonstrated experience with design thinking, lean startup, and agile prototyping methodologies.Proven ability to build rapid prototypes using no-code/low-code tools or scripting (e.g., Python, NodeJS, Streamlit, ADK, LangGraph etc.).Strong storytelling, presentation development, and visual communication skills; able to pitch ideas and strategic vision effectively to diverse audiences.Passionate about problem-solving, emerging technologies, and delivering user-centric solutions.Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and collaborates seamlessly across disciplines.Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple ideas and priorities with speed and precision.Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP) and ML platforms (e.g., Vertex AI, Bedrock).Prior involvement in running innovation labs, hackathons, or design sprints.Familiarity with innovation frameworks/theories such as the Design thinking, Innovation Funnel, Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD), Business Model Canvas etc.Why Join Us?At The Hartford, innovation isn’t a buzzword—it’s a practice. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role.
