- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions using advanced manual therapy techniques
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional training programs
- Document patient progress and maintain detailed clinical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Mentor and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Current New York State Physical Therapy License
- 2+ years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
