We are currently seeking an senior Accounts Payable Specialist in Orange, 92868. The position offers full time hours and is a temporary 3-6 month project. Compensation is between $25.00 – $42.00/hr based on experience.About the position: This is a “clean up” role and requires someone with exceptional AP experience. Ideal applicants will have experience using Quickbooks desktop and capable of working in-office. You will assist with AR and AP duties while reconciling approx 30 vendor accounts (paid accounts – NO collections) and matching checks to invoices, etc. We will consider accountants, bookkeepers or CPAs for this role. Prior reconciliation experience is requiredMinimum Requirements Able to start immediately if chosen for the project Must have 5+ years reconciliation experience Strong AR / AP skills Quickbooks knowledge
