Sales Account Manager Job SummaryThe Sales Account Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing excellent customer service, sales support, and account management.   • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet customer needs
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed
  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure satisfaction

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend strategies
  • Track and report customer data, sales performance, and other metrics
  • Prepare reports and presentations for customers, senior management, and other stakeholders
Sales Account Manager Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or related field
  • Proven experience in sales account management
  • Excellent customer service and sales support skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
