- Design, develop, and deploy PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems from the ground up
- Lead and support automation projects from initial estimation through final delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to create customized control solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture
- Engage in team-building activities and help foster a positive, inclusive work environment
- Travel to customer sites (approximately 25–35%) for implementation and support
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on PLC programming experience from scratch using Allen-Bradley platforms is required
Salary Range:
Engineer 2–3 (3–5 years): $95K–$115K
Engineer 3+ (5–10 years): $115K–$165K (flexible based on experience)
Travel Bonuses: Additional daily compensation for time spent onsite, adjusted for distance, hotel stays, and conditions
