This role will focus on talent management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement within the IT function and collaborate closely with leaders to foster a high-performance culture.ResponsibilitiesPartner with IT leadership to understand business strategies and translate them into actionable P&C initiativesCollaborate with the P&C Operations and University Teams for tactical HR execution, ensuring consistency of offeringsActively collaborate with IT leaders to deliver insightful, trusted P&C guidance that shapes talent strategies aligned with key business objectivesCoach and advise senior leadership on complex talent challenges, delivering tailored solutions that drive business impactPartner closely with senior leaders to influence and support organizational goals through strategic P&C guidanceProvide guidance on organizational design, change management, and workforce planningLead performance management, succession planning, and employee development efforts within ITAnalyze P&C metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree
At least 12 years of HR or Organizational Development experience
6 years of management experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is strongly preferred
Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is a plus * Progressive HR experience, including experience supporting technical or IT teams
Strong business acumen and understanding of IT functions and roles
Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making
Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives
Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels in a clear, professional, and constructive manner
Demonstrated strength in interpersonal relationships and sound judgment, particularly when managing sensitive or confidential matters
