Job Description:Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesWe seek an individual that has the ability to Collaborate with Segment Sales, Product, Operations and Finance teams to support the growth of the Lasers North America business. This Finance leader will continue to integrate and improve reporting, business processes and systems to Coherent including the following responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the business and operations teams to drive the monthly revenue forecast and build plans
  • Support long range planning processes by product and market
  • Develop business process and system improvements and support broader Finance process and automation initiatives
Education & Experience
  • 5-7+ overall years of experience in Finance at technology companies
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA (or equivalent experience)
Skills
  • Expertise in Hardware business models, build planning, forecasting, analysis, market models, related metrics
  • Exceptional business sense and ability to understand and resolve complex business issues
  • Experience with leading ERP systems, Oracle a plus, and tools, including visualization, with strength in process and system improvements
  • Dynamic interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence across all levels within the company
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
