Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card only (PE must be active if licensed)Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field5+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, or a related disciplineEIT required; P.E. license REQUIREDProven experience coordinating field and laboratory testing activitiesStrong report writing and communication skills (client-facing experience preferred)Proficient with standard geotechnical software and toolsAbility to lead small project teams and support multiple active projectsValid driver's license and clean driving recordComfortable working in both field and office settingsOptional But Valuable:Experience managing scopes, budgets, and schedulesFamiliarity with testing standards (ASTM, AASHTO, etc.)Prior work in the Pacific Northwest or similar regional conditions
