- Responsible for developing strategies to manage plan costs, improve health of population, and define the employee experience to provide competitive benefits and comply with health care reform regulations.
- Collaborate with Benefits Controller to develop and monitor Annual Operating Plan for PepsiCo U.S. Group Insurance budget.
- In partnership with the Director & Senior Director, provide guidance and direction to external vendors including consultants, insurance carriers, and other program providers to manage vendor performance, align on strategic priorities, and measure clinical and financial outcomes in line with stated strategies and objectives.
- Monitor, scorecard and identify drivers of medical trend to identify opportunities price, utilization and care management opportunities.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders (benefits, HR, HR Operations, Legal, multiple vendors, etc.) as appropriate.
- Support the development and monitoring of U.S. group insurance plan expense, compliance and governance processes.
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.

- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
- Strong working knowledge of employee benefit programs with at least 5 years of medical plan experience
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills; must be able to prioritize, multitask and manage project deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex data; including ability to collaborate with finance and actuarial teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Strong verbal, written communication and executive-level presentation skills
- Ability to work as a team player and influence cross divisional teams as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with union and global benefits a plus
- 5 to 7 years experience, preferably including Total Rewards and/or Finance and Accounting responsibility
- Must be willing and able to travel 5-15% of the time
