
Client Advisory Services Manager

- Lead client engagements by overseeing accounting, advisory, and financial reporting services that support business growth and decision-making
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with business owners and executives, serving as their primary point of contact
- Manage and mentor team members, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to strengthen technical and advisory skills
- Review and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to deliver meaningful insights and recommendations
- Drive efficiency and accuracy by implementing process improvements, leveraging technology, and optimizing client workflows
- Collaborate with tax, audit, and other service lines to provide holistic solutions that meet clients' evolving needs
- Oversee onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and tailored advisory support from the start
- Identify opportunities for growth within client relationships, including expanded advisory services and new solutions
- A minimum of 6 years of accounting experience required; CPA license is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; master's degree a plus
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, performing a month end close, training team members and setting accounting processes and procedures is required
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting best practices
- Must be a lean-forward, client-focused, relationship-based individual who enjoys working collaboratively as a team to achieve goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and financial management systems
